These terms apply to your use of www.aeronsystems.com (the "site"), operated by Aeron Systems Pvt. Ltd. (CIN U72200PN2008PTC133026), registered office D-204, The Pearl, S. No. 1/9A/2, Balewadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411045, India ("Aeron", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What the site is for

The site gives information about Aeron, our products and our jobs, and lets you contact us, ask for a quotation, request documents, apply to be a partner or apply for a job. It does not sell anything online.

2. Product information is not an offer

Product descriptions, specifications, datasheets, images and any prices on the site are for general information. They may change without notice and are not an offer to sell. Confirm with us in writing any specification that matters to your application. Every sale is governed only by the quotation, order acknowledgement and terms agreed for that sale.

Some of our products and their technical data may be subject to Indian and other export control laws. Any order is subject to those laws, and you agree to comply with them.

3. What you send us

When you use a form, you agree to:

• give true information about yourself, and not submit someone else's details without their permission;
• upload only files you are entitled to share, such as your own CV, and nothing that contains a virus or other harmful code;
• not use the forms to send advertising, spam or anything unlawful.

We may refuse or delete a submission that breaks these rules. We handle the personal data in your submissions as our Privacy Policy describes.

4. Documents we send you

Datasheets and other documents are provided so you can evaluate our products. Where we send you a document on request, it is for your own organisation's use: please do not publish it or pass it to others without our written permission.

5. Our content and trademarks

The text, trademarks, logos, graphics, images, videos and documents on the site (the "Materials") belong to Aeron or to others who allow us to use them. You may view, download and print the Materials for your own information or to evaluate our products, as long as you keep every copyright and trademark notice on them. You may not modify, republish, sell or distribute them without our written permission. This permission ends if you break these terms, and you must then delete any Materials you downloaded.

Open-source software used to build the site remains under its own licence, whose notices we keep.

6. Using the site properly

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful; not to try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its administration pages or the systems behind it; not to interfere with its operation, for example by overloading it or getting round its spam protection; and not to copy it in bulk by automated means, except for search engines indexing it in the normal way.

7. Links and embedded content

The site links to websites we do not own or control, and plays videos hosted on YouTube. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. If you link to the site from another website, please remove the link if we ask you to in writing.

8. Availability

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or free of harmful code.

9. Our liability to you

The site and the Materials are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties about them, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing in them affects any right you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Pune, Maharashtra, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, except where the law of the country where you live as a consumer gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

11. General

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms, with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the site.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms by posting a new version on this page and updating the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
