DefExpo is India’s largest expo which covers the complete spectrum of aerospace, defence and security sectors. More than 1000 Indian as well as foreign exhibitors participated in Defexpo 2020 held from 5th - 8th February 2020 in Lucknow. Aeron had participated in Defexpo 2020 to showcase its capabilities in developing tactical class inertial navigation systems, inertial sensors and its IoT based monitoring systems designed specially for the defence sector.

On 10th November 2019, Aeron Systems celebrated its 11th foundation day. To mark this occasion, Aeron had organized a Customer Conclave at Hotel Radisson Blue, Hinjewadi. Aeron Systems, the Pune based developer and manufacturer of Inertial Navigation Systems, launched Pollux, its latest offering in the INS range of products, at Defexpo India 2018, held at Chennai from 11th to 14th April 2018. The Pollux was launched by Vice Chief of Air Staff Air Marshal S B Deo. Pollux combines Aeron’s proprietary Kalman filter based parameter estimation engine with high-speed processing power to deliver position, ground speed, and orientation information at high update rate. Weighing just about 40 grams and highly compact in size, Pollux finds its use in multiple applications like soldier navigation, robots, drones and other ground and airborne platforms.

On February 25th, 2017, Aeron Systems was presented with the prestigious DEMA Excellence Award for its work in Inertial Navigation System. The award was handed over by Dr. G.
